Lin Shusen
Provincial Governor

    Lin Shusen ,male, Lin Shusen was born to a Han Chinese family in December 1946, in Shantou, Guangdong Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1981.
Mr. Lin is an alternate member of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC, deputy secretary of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, and acting governor.
      Mr. Lin studied civil engineering in the Department of Building&Civil Engineering of Guangdong Engineering College from September 1965 to August 1970 and holds a college diploma.
      Mr. Lin worked as a technician in a Fiber Factory He became an official of the Industry Bureau, the Industry and Communications Office and the Planning Commission, a deputy director of the Fertilizer Production Office, an official of the Economic and Trade Commission, a vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the People¡¯s Congress of Heping County, Guangdong Province. He became a vice mayor of Huizhou City (county level), a deputy director of Huiyang Prefecture Economic and Trade Commission, Guangdong Province.between August 1970 -August 1984.
He was vice commissioner of Huiyang Prefecture of Guangdong Province, a vice mayor of Huizhou City (prefecture level), deputy secretary-general of Guangdong Provincial Government, director general and party secretary of Guangdong Provincial Planning Commission between August 1984-August 1996(during the period he studied at the Central Party School from September 1991 to July 1992,).
He was deputy secretary of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee, vice mayor and acting mayor of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province between August 1996-March 1997.
Mr. Lin was deputy secretary of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee and mayor of Guangzhou from March 1997 to September 2002. He was member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee, secretary of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee and mayor of the city from September 2002 to February 2003.
He was elected a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee from February 2003 to March 2003. He was member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee, secretary of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People¡¯s Congress from March 2003 to June 2006.

Sun Guoqiang

Sun Guoqiang,male,Sun Guoqiang was born to a Han Chinese family in August 1953, his family came from Yexian County of Henan Province. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in September 1981.
Mr. Sun was a postgraduate of politics from the Correspondence College of the Central Party School.
He was a worker between Octobar 1970-March 1977 in No. 9 Chemical Industry Construction Company under the Fuel Ministry and then a worker in Guiyang Tool Plant. He studied in the Philosophy Department of Guizhou University between March 1977-Jan.1980.
He became an official and secretary of the Youth League of Guiyang Foreign Trade Bureaua, a member of young official appraisal group in the organizational department of the CPC Guiyang Municipal Committee, a deputy director of the publicity department of the CPC Yunyan District Committee; a standing committee member and a director of the publicity department of the CPC Yunyan District Committee, deputy secretary and the director of the publicity department of the CPC Yunyan District Committee, and director of district government of Yunyan between January 1980 and November 1992; (during the period he studied in Guiyang Municipal Party School from September 1983 to September 1984, and in the Provincial Party School from September 1984 to July 1985).
Mr. Sun was appointed vice mayor of Guiyang City, standing committee member of the CPC Municipal Committee and acting mayor from November 1992 to December 1997 (during the period he attended a training class in the Central Party School between March 1995 and July 1995,).
He was deputy secretary of the CPC Guiyang Municipal Committee and mayor From December 1997 to December 2004, (during the period he studied at the Correspondence College of the Central Party School, majoring in politics from September 1998 to July 2001, he studied in a training class for middle-aged and young officials at the Central Party School from March 2003 to January 2004).
Mr. Sun was appointed the party-group member of the provincial government, governor assistant, director-general and party-group secretary of the provincial Development and Reform Commission in December 2004.
He became vice governor of Guizhou Province since March 2006.
